This recipe is absolutely delicious! The stroopwafels turned out perfect - crispy on the outside and gooey caramel on the inside. My Dutch grandmother would be proud!

Great authentic recipe! I reduced the sugar a bit and they were still amazing. The dough was a bit tricky to work with at first but after a few tries I got the hang of it.
